CM Kisan money credited to farmers’ account in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The CM Kisan money was credited to the bank accounts of about 50 lakh farmers today in Odisha. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi transferred the money to the farmers’ accounts via DBT on Akshay Trutiya today in a special event.

As per reports, 50 lakh farmers got Rs 4000 each in their respective bank accounts under the CM Kisan yojana today in Odisha.

More than Rs 1,000 crore rupees was sent to the farmers’ accounts today under the CM Kisan yojana.

It is to be noted that farmers are being provided Rs 4,000 each in two instalments per year under the CM Kisan Yojana in Odisha. The government is giving Rs 4,000 in two instalments in Nuakhai and Akshay Trutiya.

This CM Kisan money is given to small farmers to landless farmers, starting from nominal farmers.

Last year, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi launched the CM Kisan Yojana in the state on the occasion of Nuakha
