Aadyasha News Desk : Lashkar-e-Toiba commander Abu Musa has been named as the mastermind behind the Pahalgaon attack. While addressing a gathering in Rawalpindi, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) on the 18th of this month, Abu had given advance information about the attack. Abu had then threatened to completely change the geographical situation of the region through terrorist attacks after the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Challenging the Indian government, Abu had said that despite the deployment of one million soldiers in Kashmir, the massacre would continue. It is believed that the attack was carried out in revenge for the killing of two Pakistani terrorists, Akif Halim and Abdul Wahab. On the other hand, the security agencies have released sketches of three terrorists involved in the Pahalgaon attack. The terrorists, identified as Asif Fauji, Suleman Shah and Abu Talha, are said to be Pakistani nationals. They are using aliases like Musha, Yunus and Asif respectively in the Kashmir Valley. They are said to be involved in the terror incidents that took place in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from this, the government has also announced a reward of Rs 20 lakh each for information about these three terrorists. After the attack, the terrorists are believed to have fled to the Pir Panjal mountains. A joint team of the Army, paramilitary forces and Jammu and Kashmir Police has cordoned off the area and continued the search operation to trace them.
