Mayurbhanj : In a shocking incident, two youths, suspected of goat theft, were beaten up and stripped naked in Baladamara area under Kaptipada block of Mayurbhanj district.
Following a decision of Kangaroo court, the villagers thrashed the two youths and tied them with a tree.
Reportedly, the villagers captured two youths suspecting that they have come to the village to steal goats. The youths were stripped naked and tied for hours with a tree.
After getting information, police reached the spot and rescued the two youths.
