Bhubaneswar, : Over 30 workers at the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar have been tested positive for Covid-19 so far, informed Director of Capital Hospital Laxmidhar Sahoo.
Several doctors, nurses and other staffers from different important departments in the hospital have been detected with the deadly virus.
As the infected workers are currently in isolation, the treatment of the patients is being done by other staffers, said Sahoo.
Despite the pressure, doctors and staff are doing their best and we have to be more careful to prevent this infection, he added.
If required telemedicine (distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies) will be adopted to serve the patients, Sahoo said.
