New Delhi, : Over 2 crore youngsters between the 15-18 age group have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine in less than a week of vaccination drive for children, said Union Health Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya on Saturday.
The vaccination for the children between 15 to 18-year-old age group against the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) began on January 3.
According to an official release by the Union health ministry, those people with the birth year of 2007 or before will be eligible for vaccination under the category of 15 to 18 year-olds.
