Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Haribabu Kambhampati met opposition leader Naveen Patnaik at his residence that is Naveen Niwas on Monday. He met Naveen Patnaik and inquired about his health. It is worth mentioning that Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi met Leader of Opposition (LoP) Naveen Patnaik at the later’s residence on Saturday.
According to reliable reports, the CM met the opposition leader Naveen Patnaik and inquired about his health condition. It is worth mentioning here that, the former CM of Odisha Naveen Patnaik was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Sunday evening due to dehydration.
Later he returned to Naveen Niwas after spending about 77 hours in the hospital.
It is worth noting here that, Prem Patnaik the elder brother of former Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik visited the capital city of Bhubaneswar on August 22 to enquire about health condition of his younger brother.
As per reports, Odisha LoP Naveen Patniak’s elder brother Prem Patnaik reached in Odisha and went to Naveen Nivas the residence of his younger brother. As per information, he came to enquire about the health condition of his younger brother.
It is to be noted that Naveen Patnaik was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on August 17, 2025, due to dehydration. After receiving treatment, he was discharged from the hospital on August 21, 2025, in the evening.
During his hospital stay, Patnaik received visits from several prominent leaders, including Odisha ministers and opposition leaders. More than that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also spoke to Patnaik, wishing him a speedy recovery and inviting him to visit Delhi once his health improves.
Earlier Prem Patnaik, Naveen Patnaik’s elder brother, was present at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai when Naveen Patnaik underwent surgery for cervical arthritis.
