Bhawanipatna, : The Prime accused of the lady teacher Mamita Meher’s murder case Govind Sahu has recreated the crime scene today morning in presence of the Northern Range DIG Deepak Kumar and Balangir Superintendent Police (SP) Kusalkar Nitin Dagdu.
According to the sources, in order to maintain the law and order, the Police officials took Govind sahu to the crime spot in early morning and the accused gave the demonstration on how he killed the lady teacher of Mahaling’s Sunshine English Medium School.
Worth mentioning, the Police also arrested Govind Sahu’s associate Radheshyam Chandi and produced him in the Bangomunda SDJM Court yesterday. Later, as Radhe’s bail plea was rejected he was sent to the judicial custody.
Notably, Mamita Meher, a teacher of Sunshine English Medium School in Mahaling of Kalahandi district had been missing for 11 days. The police found the decomposed dead body buried in the ground of the school stadium. During the police interrogation, Govind Sahu, the prime suspect in the missing lady teacher case, has confessed his involvement in her death.
