Balasore, : Khaira Nagarika Manch on Thursday observed 6-hour bandh in Khaira in Balasore, demanding justice to the family of deceased ACF) Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra.
The members expressed dissatisfaction citing no headway in probe and prolonged delay in identification of culprit.
