Jajpur, : Bargaining while purchasing fruits in Jajpur has taken a fatal consequence on Saturday.
A fruit vendor slit throats of two customers as the duos bargained and denied to purchase fruits from him.
The incident took place at Khandara square under the Jajpur Sadar police limits in the afternoon.
Sources said, two customers reached asked for fruits from the vendor and bargained for it. However, he denied to sell his goods with a lower price. As a result, the duos moved to the neighboring vendor to collect fruits. Meanwhile, an oral exchange broke out among the trios of the transaction. Aggrieved over it, the vendor attacked the duos with a sharp chopper.
Following this, the critical injured were rushed to the district headquarters hospital for resuscitation.
