Bhubaneswar: The CM Kisan money to be credited to the bank accounts of about 50 lakh farmers today in Odisha. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will send the money to the farmers’ accounts on Akshay Trutiya today.
As per reports, 50 lakh farmers to get Rs 4000 each under the CM Kisan yojana in Odisha. This CM Kisan money is given to small farmers to landless farmers, starting from nominal farmers.
More than 1,000 crore rupees will be sent to the farmers’ accounts.
It is to be noted that farmers are being provided Rs 4,000 each in two installments per year under the CM Kisan Yojana in Odisha. The government is giving Rs 4,000 in two installments in Nuakhai and Akshay Trutiya.
Last year, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi launched the CM Kisan Yojana in the state on the occasion of Nuakhai.
