Balasore, : Basta police seized brown sugar worth Rs 3 crore arrested three youths at Balasore.
The identities of the arrestees have yet to be ascertained.
Sources said, Basta police officials raided at Bidyadharpur village under Basta block following a tip-off and seized the contraband from the youth.
