Jharsuguda, : With the nomination process for the Brajrajnagar by-poll ending today, the candidates of the three major political parties-BJD, BJP and Congress will file their nominations on the last day.
In a show of strength, the political parties will hold rallies during the filing of nomination papers of their respective candidates. Several state-level leaders would attend the rallies.
The ruling BJD has announced to field Alaka Mohanty, wife of Kishore Mohanty, whose death necessitated the by-poll. The opposition BJP has nominated former MLA Radharani Panda while Congress has decided to field Kishore Chandra Patel in the by-poll.
