Bhubaneswar, : The prime accused in the high-profile sextortion case which kicked up a row in Odisha, Archana Nag, will be produced before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) court in Bhubaneswar today.
The court will hear the bail application of the accused.
Sources said, Khandagiri Police yesterday recorded the statement of Pramod Swain, the owner of Bibhav Estate in Jagamara area of Bhubaneswar where Archana was residing as a tenant for 11 months.
Pramod, who is a builder and film producer, revealed that many guests were coming to Archana’s rented house and he was not happy with this. Even, when he asked her to leave the rented house, she was not ready to leave. Later, she left the house after a quarrel with him.
