Suspension of Indus Waters Treaty: The 1960 treaty will be held in abeyance until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably abjures its support for cross-border terrorism.
Closure of Attari Border: The Integrated Checkpost at Attari will be closed with immediate effect, allowing only those who crossed over with valid endorsements to return through that route before May 1, 2025.
Restrictions on Pakistani Nationals: Pakistani nationals will not be permitted to travel to India under the SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme, and those currently in India have 48 hours to leave.
Expulsion of Pakistani Military Attaches: Defence, Military, Naval, and Air Advisors in the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi have been declared persona non grata and asked to leave the country within a week.
Withdrawal of Indian Defence Advisors: India will withdraw its Defence, Navy, and Air advisors from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, reducing the overall strength of the High Commissions to 30 by May 1, 2025.
